This form must be completed thoroughly and specifically, or we must regretfully decline your request. Our meteorologists are generally booked 6-8 weeks in advance. Their presentations are geared for audiences 2nd grade and beyond.

Please fill out the form only once. Do not request more than one meteorologist for your event.
